A/V sync test

Measures how far your camera lags your mic so we can set the recorder's default audio delay.

1. Sit in front of your MacBook as if you were recording. Normal room lighting is fine.
2. No headphones. Turn the volume to about half.
3. The screen goes black, then flashes white with a beep 8 times (~15 seconds). Keep still and face the screen.
